Why I Created Selfy

The word Selfy isn’t a typo. It’s a movement I derived from self-priority — the radical, necessary act of putting yourself on your own list.

For years, we’ve been taught that choosing yourself is selfish. That rest is lazy. That boundaries are rude. I’m here to flip that script. Selfy is my initiative to encourage everyone to live a fulfilling life by taking care of yourself first — not last.
